After 12 years in IT, I have hired and managed teams of up to 12 staff while building countless technical systems for nonprofits, high-growth startups, and small to medium sized organizations.
My philosophy is a customer-first approach; believing that the success of technology is as much cultural as it is technical. My strategies combine an understanding of our habits and culture balanced with the business need, cost, and scalability of the solution.
